Istituto G. Caporale 2011 calendar

At 5.30 p.m. on Thursday 16 December, the Director of the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale dell'Abruzzo e del Molise, Prof. Vincenzo Caporale, together with the Abruzzi chefs Niko Romito (Reale restaurant, Rivisondoli, 2 Michelin stars) and Peppino Tinari (Villa Maiella restaurant, Guardiagrele, 1 Michelin star), and the environmental policies expert Walter Mazzitti, gathered in the Hotel Abruzzi, Teramo to present the Istituto G. Caporale's 2011 calendar "Abruzzi and Molise landscapes: gastronomic tradition and food safety".
