The structure manages the legal and financial aspects related to human resources throughout the entire employment cycle, up to contract termination, also overseeing pension, tax, and operational aspects. The Human Resources unit also handles the administrative management of labour relations, integrating the employer-side negotiating delegation.

 

The structure coordinates all administrative, financial, and organisational activities related to personnel management, providing both operational and advisory support in strategic areas for the institution.

  • Performance evaluation.
  • Staff contracting and related obligations.
  • Management of attendance, leave, and associated administrative processes.
  • Assignment of functional roles, professional appointments, and structural positions; financial, pension, and tax management of personnel; fund allocation; preparation of legally required reports for supervisory bodies; payroll processing; calculation of additional payments; various declarations and severance pay (TFR/TFS); management of financial contributions and salary deductions.
  • Management of official travel (missions).
  • Administrative management of labour relations and integration into the employer-side negotiating delegation.
  • Compliance with OIV-related activities and support for project reporting; preparation of administrative documents within its areas of competence.
  • Advisory support to senior management and all institutional structures within its areas of responsibility.
  • Relations and support for staff on all relevant matters; training for all personnel in relevant areas.

Claudia Rasola

Head

Born in Teramo, where she studied and earned her degree in Law in 1992. She completed a two-year professional training for the notarial profession and undertook preparatory courses for the national judiciary exam.

She joined the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale on 1 March 1995, after being selected through a public recruitment process for a managerial position. Over the years, she has been responsible for several departments, including Human Resources, Asset Management, and General Affairs, and has also worked closely with the Administrative Directorate.
