Proficiency Testing Schemes

Being the National Reference Centre for Brucellosis, Bluetongue and exotic disease, and the National Reference Laboratory for Listeria monocitogenes and Campylobacter, the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale dell’Abruzzo e del Molise “G. Caporale” organizes each year a set of inter-laboratory tests to monitor the technical skills and consistency in the activity of the laboratories of veterinary epidemiology centres (IIZZSS) which carry out tests within national plans and on the diagnostic level.
