In addition to its institutional activities, the Campobasso local branch performs all laboratory tests related to the Hygiene of food of animal and plant origin on samples from across the Molise Region, intended for both human and animal consumption. It also carries out testing for tuberculous and paratuberculous mycobacteria on samples from the Abruzzo and Molise Regions.
