Data subject's rights

The interested party may, at any time, exercise the rights described below:

• request more information in relation to the contents of this information
• access to personal data;
• obtain the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him (in the cases provided for by the law);
• oppose the processing (in the cases provided for by the law);
• right to data portability (in the cases provided for by law);
• withdraw consent, where provided; the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor);
• mandate a body, organization or non-profit association to exercise its rights;
• request compensation for damages resulting from the violation of the law.

How data subjects can exercise their rights

Data subject, after having read the information on the processing of personal data set out in art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 available here(591 KB), can fill in the following form(539 KB) and send it to the email address privacy@izs.it.

Data subject may contact the Data Protection Officier of the Institute for any eventuality or clarification at the following e-mail address dpo@izs.it and/or dpo@pec.izs.it.

The interested parties, having met the conditions, also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor as the supervisory authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) according to the established procedures.
