ERFAN Projects

Within ERFAN, the Institute, with the support of the Faculties of Biotechnology and Veterinary Medicine of the University of Teramo, has funded two PhDs in the SADC Region. The researchers from Botswana and Zambia will carry out the three years of training - respectively from November 2017 to November 2020 and from December 2017 to December 2020 - at the Faculties of Teramo and the facilities of the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale dell'Abruzzo e del Molise "G. Caporale".

The training course "Animal welfare principles" was held from 24 to 26 November as part of the OIE Twinning on animal welfare between IZSAM and the Ecole Nationale de Médecine Vétérinaire (ENMV) of Tunisia.

LEarning GenOmics for food safety - LEGO
